Hi my name is Clare, I am a qualified supervisor offering individual supervision in the south of Leicestershire. I hold a Level 6 Therapeutic Supervision qualification whilst also a qualified integrative counsellor.
I work with both trainee and qualified counsellors to offer you support with your client work, personal development and your management. By offering supervision in an Integrative model, I am able to support your ethical practice, your client work and ensure that you are working within your own professional limits.
I provide practical, ethical and personal support to counsellors and support workers in the management of your practice by working together to manage your case load, professional development and the ethical difficulties that will arise in the work that we do.
I have experience of working within a college setting, working with teenagers and young people. Working with individuals with special needs, rape crisis and domestic violence victims and families living with disabilities.
As a supervisor I have worked in the above area and alongside counsellors working with children and young people within the school environment, LGBT, rape crisis, and adults with disabilities to name a few experience.
